In this particular Article, we shall explore some of the "Causes of Disease", and attempt to explain exactly how each of us might be able to affect positive changes in our health. While the many types of disease are too numerous to list their originations may not be so difficult to pinpoint And they are;
- Congenital deformity

- A preexisting risk factor, which makes one more "prone" to a particular disease or condition.
- Organic injury
- This might best be explained by a sudden traumatic injury or "Accident".

- While there are many such "diseases", Cancer is one that is often most associated with same.
- Nutritional deficiency
- A condition which may be transient or chronic. However, unnoticed or unchecked over a long period of time, can become "Acute", leading to vulnerability of disease.
If each of us were Tested and Scored on a Quiz involving the above, the foremost question one might expect to be answered correctly by all might be this one; "Which of the above circumstances might each of us most probably be able to influence or correct?" If you answered "Nutritional deficiencies" you would be correct! Therefore. we would then have learned an important Lesson. Recognizing and correcting nutritional deficiencies is our responsibility, for the most part.
